- JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

- Manage and oversee the daily operations of the dietary department
- Develop and maintain menus that meet the specific dietary needs of patients/residents
- Ensure compliance with all dietary regulations and guidelines
- Supervise and train dietary staff members
- Monitor inventory and order food and supplies as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the dietary department
- Assist in the development of dietary policies and procedures
- Communicate effectively with other departments and healthcare professionals to ensure the delivery of proper nutrition to patients/residents
- Handle and resolve any dietary-related issues or complaints
- Conduct regular assessments and evaluations of the dietary program to ensure quality and efficiency

- Minimum 3-4 years' experience in supervisor role.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to AED5,000.00 per month
