Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Restaurant Supervisor with 2–5 years of experience in a casual dining restaurant. You will be responsible for supervising daily operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and managing the restaurant team efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise both front-of-house (FOH) and back-of-house (BOH) teams to ensure smooth restaurant operations.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of new staff members.
- Monitor team performance, provide coaching, and conduct regular performance evaluations.
- Enforce company policies and procedures, including compliance with health and safety standards.
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences by maintaining high standards of food quality, presentation, and service.
- Address and resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally.
- Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies to support daily operations.
- Oversee shift scheduling and team coordination to ensure efficient restaurant workflow.
- Maintain cleanliness throughout the restaurant in line with health and safety regulations.
- Uphold strict food safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards in accordance with local regulations.
- Collaborate closely with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
- Work alongside management to develop, implement, and monitor operational procedures.
- Ensure adherence to proper opening and closing protocols.
Requirements:
- 2–5 years of proven experience as a Restaurant Supervisor, preferably in a casual dining setup.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure.
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
