We are looking for a candidate with experience in restaurant supervision, meeting the following criteria:
- Proven work experience within the UAE.
- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations.
- Good understanding of food quality standards.
- Familiarity with local suppliers.
- Experience in procurement and purchasing processes.
- Strong team management and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in both Arabic and English (spoken and written).
