- Position: Restaurant Supervisor/Manager (Casual Dining, Ras Al Khaimah)
- Experience Required: Minimum 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role in restaurants or hospitality.
- Oversee daily restaurant operations (FOH & BOH) to ensure smooth service and quality standards.
- Manage and mentor staff: scheduling, training, performance feedback, and ensuring policy adherence.
- Handle supplier coordination, order placements, and monitor inventory to reduce waste and control costs.
- Oversee cash handling, sales reporting, and assist with budgets and cost control.
- Address customer complaints promptly and maintain high service standards.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
- Prepare and manage operational reports (sales, inventory, wastage).
- Support business growth initiatives and implement best practices for efficiency.
Visa will be included.
