- Greet and seat customers politely.
- Present menu and take food & beverage orders accurately.
- Serve food and drinks promptly.
- Ensure tables are clean and set properly.
- Respond to customer queries and complaints professionally.
- Process bills and handle cash/card payments.
- Maintain hygiene and follow safety standards.
