Role Summary:
The Risk Manager leads the identification, assessment, and mitigation of risks that may impact the company’s objectives. This role focuses on proactive risk management by developing frameworks and policies to minimize potential threats.
Key Functions and Responsibilities:
- Enterprise Risk Management (ERM)
- Design and implement a risk management framework and policies.
- Establish a company-wide risk register and categorize risks (operational, financial, reputational, compliance).
- Risk Identification & Assessment
- Conduct risk assessments to identify potential threats to the business.
- Engage with department heads to analyze and document key risks.
- Risk Monitoring & Reporting
- Develop key risk indicators (KRIs) to monitor emerging risks.
- Prepare regular risk reports for senior management and the Board.
- Mitigation Planning
- Develop and recommend risk mitigation strategies and action plans.
- Support departments in implementing controls to manage risks.
- Compliance & Regulatory Oversight
- Monitor regulatory changes (e.g., UAE Central Bank, MOHRE, AML requirements) to ensure compliance.
- Assess risks related to corporate governance and business ethics.
- Business Continuity & Crisis Management
- Contribute to business continuity planning and crisis response strategies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Risk Management, Finance, Business, or related field.
- Professional certification (CRM, IRM, FRM, or ISO 31000 preferred).
- 5–8 years of experience in risk management or related roles.

Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED30,000.00 per month
