Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and manage sales documentation, including Sales Purchase Agreements (SPAs), RERA Forms (A, B, F, I), Addendums, and NOCs.
- Coordinate and follow up with clients on documentation requirements, payments, and signatures.
- Handle EJARI registrations and tenancy contract renewals.
- Liaise with Dubai Land Department (DLD) and other regulatory bodies to ensure full compliance.
- Support the issuance of No Objection Certificates (NOCs) for resale or mortgage purposes.
- Maintain organized records of tenancy contracts, ownership documents, and client correspondence.
- Assist with coordination between tenants, landlords, and internal departments.
- Manage and update CRM systems and client databases with accurate sales and lease information.
- Generate regular sales and tenancy status reports for management.
- Ensure compliance with RERA, DLD, and company policies in all administrative tasks.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate sales administration or property coordination.
- Strong knowledge of RERA regulations, Dubai Land Department processes, Ejari, and contract documentation.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM platforms.
- High level of attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks under deadlines.
