We're seeking Off-Plan Real Estate Agent to join our professional and ambitious team, contributing to our continued success in Dubai's booming property market.
Responsibilities:
- Proactively identify and cultivate strong relationships with potential clients interested in Off-Plan projects across Dubai.
- Conduct in-depth market research and stay updated on the latest trends, developments, and regulations within the Dubai real estate landscape, specifically concerning Off-Plan properties.
- Present and articulate the value proposition of various Off-Plan projects to clients, addressing their needs and guiding them through the sales process with expertise and integrity.
- Master strong negotiation tactics to secure favorable deals for both clients and the company, ensuring a smooth and successful closing process for Off-Plan sales.
- Manage a robust pipeline of leads, meticulously tracking progress and following up effectively to maximize conversion rates.
- Collaborate seamlessly with the marketing team to leverage provided leads and promotional materials, ensuring a consistent brand message.
- Actively participate in team meetings, training sessions, and company events to enhance skills and contribute to a collaborative environment.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of direct, hands-on experience in selling Off-Plan projects in Dubai is mandatory. Candidates without this specific experience will not be considered.
- Fluent in English, both verbal and written, with exceptional communication and presentation skills. Proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to build rapport quickly, establish trust, and maintain strong client relationships.
- Proven track record of consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment.
- Highly presentable, professional, and articulate with a strong customer-centric approach.
- Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced setting.
- A proactive, results-oriented mindset with a high degree of self-motivation and the ability to work independently.
- A collaborative team player who can also thrive autonomously and take initiative.
- Possession of a valid UAE driving license and access to a car is preferred.
