We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Lift Sales Professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in elevator/lift sales, strong client relationships, and the ability to generate new business opportunities. This role involves identifying potential clients, preparing proposals, negotiating contracts, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities: Identify and develop new business opportunities for lift and elevator solutions (new installations, modernization, and maintenance contracts). Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, consultants, architects, facility managers, and real estate developers. Prepare and deliver sales presentations, technical proposals, and quotations. Negotiate and close contracts while ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction. Achieve monthly and annual sales targets as set by the company. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments. Coordinate with technical and operations teams to ensure smooth project handover after sales. Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates to management. Requirements: Minimum 3–5 years of experience in lift/elevator sales (mandatory). Strong network with builders, consultants, and facility management companies. Good technical understanding of elevator/lift systems, modernization, and AMC contracts. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently. UAE/GCC market knowledge. Valid driving license is an advantage.
