Requirements:
- Female
- Fluent in Arabic and English (speaking and writing)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Proficient in using Excel and general computer applications
- Comfortable using WhatsApp and social media platforms (Instagram, Snapchat, etc.)
- Able to take quality product photos and short videos
- Presentable, organized, and professional
- Previous retail or flower shop experience is a plus
- Fast learner and able to handle peak periods efficiently
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist walk-in customers and respond to inquiries on WhatsApp, Instagram, and other social media platforms
- Take and manage customer orders
- Record daily sales and track inventory using Excel
- Communicate with suppliers to follow up on stock and materials
- Coordinate with delivery drivers to ensure timely and accurate order deliveries
- Assist in preparing for promotions, events, and seasonal displays
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
Expected hours: 48 per week
