About the Job
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Sales Manager (European Market) to join our Sales & Marketing department in Jumeirah Marsa Al Arab.
The main duties and responsibilities of this role include:
- Execute the sales strategy to promote business growth, identify opportunities, and achieve annual sales targets.
- Collaborate with off-property sales channels to ensure aligned and efficient sales efforts.
- Maintain thorough knowledge of offerings, market trends, and competitor activities to meet or exceed sales objectives.
- Manage sales reporting, forecasting, and implement measures to achieve or surpass targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients to maximize bookings and revenue.
- Oversee daily sales operations, encourage teamwork, and ensure compliance with company policies and standards.
About you
The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in a 5-star luxury hotel or related industries
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field
- Strong skills in commercial focus, negotiation, relationship-building, public speaking, communication, organization, project management, account management, and engaging diverse audiences.
- Proficiency in English required; knowledge of additional languages relevant to key markets is advantageous but not mandatory.
