- Coordinate with the sales team to manage client requirements, proposals, and follow-ups.
- Assist in preparing quotations, contracts, and presentations for clients in both Arabic and English.
- Maintain and update CRM systems with client details, meetings, and progress reports.
- Act as the primary point of contact for Arabic-speaking clients to ensure smooth communication and client satisfaction.
- Follow up on leads, schedule appointments, and assist in preparing documentation for client meetings.
- Collaborate with logistics and finance teams to ensure timely delivery and invoicing.
Desired Profile:
- Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English (written and verbal).
- Strong organizational and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Prior experience in sales support or coordination is preferred.
