Key Responsibilities:
- Outbound Sales Calls: Initiate outbound calls to potential customers from a provided list to promote and sell products/services.
- Product Knowledge: Gain a comprehensive understanding of the products or services being offered to confidently present and address client inquiries.
- Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential leads and customer needs by asking the right questions and using appropriate sales techniques.
- Sales Targets: Meet and exceed individual sales targets and KPIs set by the company.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Data Entry: Accurately maintain CRM records with updated information regarding prospects, customer interactions, and sales progress.
- Follow-ups: Follow up on previous calls to ensure customer satisfaction and close deals effectively.
- Reporting: Provide daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports to management.
- Customer Service: Address and resolve customer complaints or issues in a professional and efficient manner.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Previous experience in telesales or telemarketing (preferred).
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities.
- Goal-oriented with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Basic computer skills and experience with CRM systems.
- Strong listening skills with the ability to understand customer needs.
- Ability to handle objections and close sales effectively.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
