Key Responsibilities
· Lead Generation: Conduct outbound calls (cold calling) to identify and engage potential customers, as well as follow up on leads generated from marketing efforts.
· Customer Communication: Answer customer inquiries, provide product information, and resolve issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
· Sales Process Management: Guide customers through the sales process, from initial contact to closing the sale, while maintaining accurate records of interactions in a CRM system.
· Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
· Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team and other departments, such as marketing, to align strategies and achieve sales targets.
· Reporting: Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to management.
Required Skills and Qualifications
· Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for effectively engaging with customers and conveying product information.
· Sales Experience: Previous experience in sales, particularly in an outbound call centre or similar role, is often preferred.
· Organizational Skills: Strong organizational abilities to manage multiple accounts and follow up on leads efficiently.
· Customer Service Orientation: A focus on providing exceptional customer service and building rapport with clients.
· Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM software and other sales tools to track customer interactions and sales activities.
