Job Overview:
As a Sales Coordinator, you'll play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of the sales process. From managing client accounts and preparing sales materials to coordinating communication between teams, your efforts will directly contribute to our overall success.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the sales team
- Coordinate sales-related activities, including scheduling meetings and preparing presentations
- Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system
- Communicate with clients to handle inquiries, follow-ups, and after-sales support
- Generate reports on sales performance and customer feedback
- Collaborate with marketing, logistics, and finance teams to ensure alignment
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Sales Coordinator, Sales Administrator, or similar role
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Graduate required; a degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred
