Dnieper Safety- Middle East is a leading provider of comprehensive fire protection, safety solutions, and equipment across commercial and industrial sectors. We are currently seeking a motivated and organized Sales Coordinator to join our dynamic team and help support our continued growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the sales team in managing customer accounts and communication.
- Prepare and process sales quotations, purchase orders, and invoices.
- Maintain and update customer databases and sales records.
- Handle incoming inquiries and provide timely responses to clients.
- Prepare sales reports and assist in sales forecasting and performance analysis.
- Follow up on leads and provide administrative support to the sales team.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Sales Coordinator, Sales Support, or similar role.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); experience with CRM and Zoho software is a plus.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Fluent in English, Urdu and Hindi; Arabic is a plus.
