Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate the processing of proposals, invoices and verifying details, timelines and ensuring timely delivery.
- Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries, providing correct information, pricing and assignment updates.
- Maintain and organize accurate records and documentation for reporting and tracking purposes.
- Identify bottlenecks in the sales process and collaborate with the team to implement process improvements.
- Proper maintenance and updates of required trackers of client data, documents and active assignments.
- Support the preparation of sales presentations, proposals, and documentation required by the sales team.
- Assist in organizing and scheduling sales meetings, preparing agendas, and sharing relevant materials in advance.
- Follow up with internal departments such as logistics, finance, and marketing to ensure alignment and smooth workflow.
- Address and escalate client concerns with empathy and urgency, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Ensure all sales activities adhere to company policies, legal standards, and compliance requirements.
- Collaborate with team members to meet and exceed sales support targets and organizational goals.
- Continuously seek opportunities to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of sales coordination processes.
Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication or related field.
Knowledge: Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), CRM systems knowledge is a plus.
Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in a sales support, coordination, or administrative role.
Personal Attributes: Organized and detail-oriented, strong communication skills, team player, problem-solver, customer-focused, able to multitask and work under pressure.
