· Prepares quotation, pro forma invoice and sales orders.
· Assist the sales team.
· Post orders for all the local sales in to the production.
· Coordinate with the customers and logistics department regarding shipping details and documentation requirement by customers.
· Arrange and attend meeting as per instruction of sale Manger.
· Liaise between different departments in order to get approval for posting the order into the production.
· Follow up with the production department to know the production dates.
· Focus on managing schedule for the deliveries of the orders.
· Track Sales Orders to ensure that they are scheduled and sent on time.
· Prepare reports on daily, weekly and monthly basis for Local Sales team.
· Contact the customers for any new orders.
· Respond to all the sales queries via phone and email.
· Support the divisional manager and the sales executives
· To understand and handle the customers in their portfolio
· To study the order from release to dispatch.
· To interact with the customer by phone / mail.
· Follow up with the designs, planning, and logistics on the progress of the jobs.
· Answer inquires by phone and email.
· Maintain all records and data including samples pertaining to the customers being handled.
· To provide the information to the divisional Manager and the sales executives.
· Be able to adjust and comprehend with additional tasks given by superiors other than the required work responsibilities.
