Role Summary:
We are currently hiring a proactive Sales Coordinator who thrives in fast-paced environments and is eager to contribute to all stages of the sales . This is a client-facing role ideal for someone with strong communication skills and a passion for both property and finance.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Identify new client opportunities through outbound calls.
- Schedule and attend meetings to assess clients’ real estate and financial needs.
- Promote and sell a broad range of offerings, including investment properties, insurance products, and financial services.
- Maintain and grow client relationships through regular engagement and follow-ups
- Participate in property tours and financial consultations.
- Coordinate internally with back-office staff to ensure smooth onboarding and record-keeping.
- Track and report on sales performance weekly and monthly.
- Support administrative tasks, including front desk operations, visitor management, and call handling.
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a similar field (required).
- 1–2 years of experience in sales, preferably in real estate or financial services.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office
- Positive, self-driven, and results-focused personality.
