The Role
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to support our sales team and contribute to the smooth operation of daily sales activities. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and a customer-focused approach. Key Responsibilities: Assist the sales team in preparing quotations, proposals, and sales reports Coordinate with clients regarding inquiries, orders, and follow-ups Maintain and update sales records, databases, and CRM systems Ensure timely processing of sales orders and documentation Liaise between internal departments (sales, logistics, finance) to ensure customer satisfaction Track sales targets and provide necessary support to achieve them Handle administrative duties related to sales operations
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field Proven experience as a Sales Coordinator or in a similar administrative role Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM software Strong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
