Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Executive with proven experience in the fit-out or architectural industry to join our team in the UAE. The ideal candidate is a motivated self-starter with strong communication and negotiation skills, industry expertise, and a successful track record in business development and sales. A valid UAE driver’s license is essential, as the role requires frequent site visits and face-to-face client engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong professional relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and architects.
- Generate and pursue new business opportunities across sectors such as commercial, residential, hospitality, and retail.
- Conduct site visits, client meetings, and presentations to understand project requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with design and estimation teams to prepare technical and commercial proposals aligned with client needs.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to overall company growth objectives.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, materials, and market developments.
- Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking functions.
- Provide regular updates to management, including sales reports, pipeline forecasts, and market analysis.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field (preferred).
- 3 to 5 years of proven sales experience in the UAE fit-out, architectural, or construction industry.
- Valid UAE Driver’s License with willingness to travel extensively within the UAE.
- Demonstrated success in outdoor sales and business development in a competitive, client-driven market.
- Strong understanding of interior fit-out processes, design principles, project lifecycles, and material specifications.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across departments while also working independently to achieve targets.
