Sales Executive
Sector - FMCG (Food and Beverage)
Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Executive to join our dynamic team in the FMCG (Food and Beverage) sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales, expanding our client base, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role requires a proactive approach, excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve Sales Targets: Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Client Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Market Expansion: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in supermarkets, single shops, and HoReCa establishments.
- Business Planning: Create and execute strategic sales plans to increase revenue and market share.
- Product Promotion: Ensure proper distribution and visibility of products, optimizing shelf space to enhance product presence.
- Sales Reporting: Track and report daily sales activities, providing detailed sales forecasts and performance metrics.
- Payment Collection: Ensure timely collection of payments from clients.
- Marketing Coordination: Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional activities and campaigns.
- Customer Needs: Understand and anticipate customer needs, providing tailored solutions.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales within the FMCG/Food and Beverage industry in the UAE.
- Strong understanding of wholesale and distribution channels.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple client relationships effectively.
- Self-motivated with a strong drive for results.
- Bachelor's degree in business management or a related field.
- Fluency in English required; proficiency in Hindi and/or Arabic is a significant advantage.
