Job Purpose:
To achieve sales targets by effectively listening to customer requirements, presenting products professionally, maintaining strong client relationships, and ensuring timely follow-up and closure of sales in line with company objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Listen to customer requirements and present products appropriately to make a sale.
- Prepare and deliver formal PowerPoint presentations using visual aids to clients, showcasing products and solutions professionally.
- Prepare accurate and professional quotations for customers as per requirements.
- Maintain and develop strong relationships with existing customers through personal meetings, telephone calls, and emails.
- Respond promptly to incoming emails and phone inquiries from clients and potential customers.
- Act as a key contact between the company and its existing and potential markets.
- Negotiate terms of agreements, pricing, costs, delivery, and specifications with buyers and managers to close sales effectively.
- Gather market intelligence and customer information to support business development and strategic decisions.
- Handle objections confidently with the goal of achieving successful sales closure.
- Advise customers on upcoming product developments and discuss ongoing or special promotions.
- Prepare detailed proposal documents, including participation in formal bidding processes as required by prospective customers.
- Record sales and order information accurately and share with the sales office, or input data into the computer system for tracking and reporting.
- Review own sales performance on an ongoing basis to ensure targets are met or exceeded.
- Maintain a clear understanding of customers' businesses, industries, and specific requirements.
- Make accurate and rapid cost calculations, providing clear quotations to customers in a timely manner.
- Ensure the client database is always up to date with correct contact, meeting, and project details.
- Prepare and maintain sales pipeline documents with updated information on projects, leads, and prospective sales opportunities.
- Perform any other tasks assigned by the management as required to support sales and business development activities.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Nationality: UAE National preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in sales within UAE market
- Expert user of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel
- Proven ability to prepare impactful product presentations and professional quotations
- Excellent spoken and written communication skills in English and Arabic
- Strong negotiation, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
- UAE Driving License (preferred)
