Job Description:
We are currently seeking a dynamic and results-driven Telesales Executive with 1-2 years of experience in Telesales, preferably within the recruitment or HR services sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background along with a basic understanding of the recruitment process.
Responsibilities:
- Proactively engage potential clients via outbound calls to promote our recruitment and consultancy services.
- Generate and qualify sales leads through cold calling, consistent follow-ups, and leveraging referrals.
- Articulate our service offerings with clarity and confidence to prospective clients.
- Collaborate closely with the recruitment team to stay informed about current client needs.
- Maintain meticulous records of all calls, leads, and client interactions.
- Arrange meetings for senior consultants with interested prospects.
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of proven telesales experience is essential.
- A foundational understanding of the recruitment process is a plus.
- A Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, Marketing, or a similar discipline is preferred.
- Exceptional communication and persuasive abilities.
- A strong drive to meet and exceed targets, coupled with the capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
