MTA Building Materials Trading is looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Junior Sales Executive to join our growing Project Sales Department. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates eager to develop their career in the building materials industry, especially in project-based sales.
We are preferably looking for someone with:
*A valid UAE driving license
*Experience in selling building materials such as porcelain tiles, ceramic tiles, and sanitary ware
*Exposure to project-based sales within the construction or interior fit-out sectors
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the senior sales team in identifying and approaching potential clients, consultants, and project opportunities
- Prepare and submit accurate quotations and commercial proposals
- Follow up on submitted offers and gather client feedback
- Maintain up-to-date records in the CRM and internal tracking systems
- Coordinate timely delivery of product samples
- Liaise with internal departments to ensure smooth execution of projects
- Attend site visits and project meetings with senior sales executives
- Handle customer inquiries and assist with sales documentation
- Ensure compliance with internal and client documentation procedures
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- 1–2 years of experience in sales or a customer-facing role (preferably in building materials or project sales)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM/sales tools
- Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks effectively
- A proactive, team-oriented attitude with a desire to learn and grow
- Familiarity with UAE documentation and project standards is a plus
- UAE driving license preferred
