- Client Acquisition & Relationship Management
- Identify and target new business opportunities in commercial, retail, or residential fitout projects.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, developers, contractors, and consultants.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and site visits to understand their requirements.
- Sales Strategy & Target Achievement
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet or exceed revenue targets.
- Maintain a sales pipeline and track progress toward monthly and quarterly sales goals.
- Market Research & Business Development
- Monitor market trends, competitors, and client feedback to identify opportunities for growth.
- CRM & Reporting
- Maintain records of all sales activities.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, forecasts, and market feedback for senior management.
- Post-Sales Support
- Coordinate with the delivery team to ensure smooth project handover and execution.
- Follow up on client satisfaction and manage any issues or feedback after project completion.
- Salary depend on the experience.

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
