Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic, proactive and professional Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be target-driven, responsible and adaptable, with a passion for sales and the ability to thrive in a competitive market. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong customer relationships, and consistently achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively identify and pursue new sales leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking and client visits
- Build, maintain and nurture strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Present and promote company products and services to prospective customers in a compelling manner
- Understand client needs and recommend suitable solutions to meet their requirements
- Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets
- Prepare and deliver effective sales presentations, proposals and quotations
- Negotiate contracts and close deals confidently and professionally
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client communications and market feedback
- Stay updated with industry trends, product knowledge and competitor analysis
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and smooth onboarding
Candidate Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sales Executive or similar role in a competitive, target-driven environment
- Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
- A proactive mindset with the ability to take initiative and work independently
- Responsible, reliable and committed to delivering results
- Adaptable to changing market conditions and customer demands
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
