About the opportunity As a Sales Executive, your role is to grow our business in an assigned territory. You will support our current partners while also finding and bringing on new ones to get our products into more outlets. We are looking for someone who is truly passionate about natural product offerings and wants to be responsible for their own territory, showing customers what makes our brands unique.
What You'll Achieve & How You'll Help Our Clients
At your core, you are responsible for territory growth:
- Drive New Business Growth: Proactively identify, engage, and secure new partners to expand our retail presence, ensuring you meet and exceed your performance targets (KPIs).
- Build Strong Partnerships: Build and maintain excellent relationships with all partners. You'll act as a trusted advisor, helping them grow their business by increasing the range of our products they stock and the frequency of their orders.
- Own Your Territory's Performance: Develop and execute a strategic plan for your territory, managing your sales pipeline and providing accurate forecasts to ensure you consistently meet or exceed revenue targets.
- Champion Our Products: Become an expert on our portfolio and present our products with passion and confidence. You'll clearly communicate how they are a win for your clients' customers and a win for their business.
- Ensure Operational Excellence: Maintain accurate and up-to-date account information. Your attention to detail is crucial, as it allows our support teams to provide a seamless ordering, delivery, and service experience for your clients.
- Provide Market Insights: Gather and share valuable feedback from clients and observations on competitor activities to help shape our company's sales strategy and product development.
What We're Looking For
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- B2B Sales Experience: 5+ years experience in business-to-business (B2B) sales, especially with fast-moving consumer goods, food, or in similar industries.
- Proven Sales Growth: A strong track record of winning new customers and successfully growing business with existing partners.
- Clear Communication: You can present ideas confidently and explain things simply, ensuring clients understand the benefits of products or solutions.
- Territory Management: Experience running a sales territory, with clear examples of how you were responsible for its growth and success.
- Dubai Market Experience: You understand the business environment in Dubai. Experience in the food service industry (especially hotels, restaurants and cafes) is a big plus.
- Independent and Driven: You have demonstrated examples of being a motivated person who works well on your own, can manage your schedule, and achieve your goals without constant supervision.
- CRM & Productivity Tools: You use technology effectively to manage your work. Experience with a CRM system (Salesforce is a major plus) and productivity tools like Google Workspace is highly desirable.
