Vita Lita Beauty Salon is on the hunt for a target-driven Sales Executive who can confidently sell salon services to new and existing clients. This role is all about maximizing bookings, converting inquiries into appointments, and boosting revenue through personalized service recommendations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Actively sell salon services, treatment packages, and special offers
- Convert walk-in, WhatsApp, and phone inquiries into confirmed appointments
- Identify client needs and recommend the most suitable services
- Achieve monthly sales targets for bookings and service upgrades
- Follow up with potential leads and maintain a pipeline of returning clients
- Build strong relationships with clients to encourage loyalty and word-of-mouth referrals
- Keep track of daily sales and maintain accurate client records
- Support marketing campaigns by pushing limited-time deals and upselling at every touchpoint
Requirements :
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the beauty, wellness, or luxury service industries
- Strong persuasive communication and interpersonal skills
- Confident, client-focused, and results-oriented
- Presentable with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Able to work with booking tools, WhatsApp, and CRM systems
