Key Responsibilities
- Respond to inbound inquiries and support students throughout the admission journey
- Provide clear guidance on study programs, university options, and visa processes
- Communicate effectively via phone, WhatsApp, email, and face-to-face interactions
- Create and share engaging content across platforms like Instagram and TikTok
- Maintain accurate CRM records and follow up with prospective applicants
- Participate in training sessions and stay informed about new destinations and academic offers
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Confident, energetic, and active on social media (especially Instagram & TikTok)
- Prior experience in telesales or education consultancy is a plus, but not essential
- Skilled at building trust and rapport with students and their families
- Self-driven, goal-oriented, and passionate about the education sector
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; current students may also apply
