Job description
We are seeking a self-motivated and experienced Sales Executive (Out door) to join our growing team in our furniture manufacturing factory and showrooms located in Sharjah and Ras Al Khaimah.
The ideal candidate should have a strong background in custom-made furniture and interior fit-outs, especially in areas such as MDF, sofas, and curtains, with a minimum of 3 to 4 years of UAE-based experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new business opportunities to increase sales and profitability.
- Build strong relationships with clients and deliver a high-quality customer experience.
- Understand and promote company products and services, providing insights to management about market trends, prices, and competitors.
- Efficiently manage the sales cycle, from lead generation to order execution.
- Maintain regular follow-up with existing and potential clients.
- Ensure smooth communication and coordination between factory, showroom, and client.
- Provide post-sale support to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Follow and plan optimal routes across Dubai, Sharjah, Ras Al Khaimah, and other emirates.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3–4 years’ UAE experience in furniture/interior fit-out sales (MDF, Sofa, Curtains, etc.).
- Valid UAE driving license is mandatory.
- Fluent in English and Hindi; proficiency in Arabic is highly preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proven sales record with ability to meet and exceed targets.
- Familiarity with UAE roads and route maps.
- Well-organized, proactive, and results-driven.
Additional Requirements:
- Must be able to reliably commute to or relocate to Ras Al Khaimah before starting work.
