Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new sales opportunities through networking, cold calling, and client referrals.
- Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of current and upcoming property projects.
- Conduct property viewings and present offerings to potential clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Negotiate sales agreements in line with company policies and guidelines.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as set by management.
- Keep management informed with regular sales activity reports and market insights.
- Coordinate with internal teams for marketing and documentation support.
- Stay updated on real estate laws, market trends, and competitor activities in the UAE.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum 1–2 years of proven sales experience in the UAE real estate industry.
- Strong networking skills with the ability to build rapport with clients quickly.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English (Arabic, Hindi, or Urdu is an advantage).
- Proactive, self-motivated, and target-oriented.
- Knowledge of Dubai real estate market and regulations.
- Presentable and professional appearance.
