Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Used Cars Sales Executive with 3–7 years of proven experience in the UAE automotive market. The ideal candidate will have strong sales skills, an in-depth knowledge of used cars, and the ability to build lasting customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Actively engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable vehicles.
- Handle the entire sales process, from inquiry to closing the deal.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the UAE used car market, including pricing and trends.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Assist in vehicle valuations and trade-in assessments.
- Manage listings on various online platforms (e.g., Dubizzle, Facebook Marketplace).
- Follow up with leads promptly to maximize conversion rates.
- Maintain customer records and provide after-sales support.
- Coordinate with the marketing team for promotions and events.
Requirements:
- 3–5 years of proven sales experience in the UAE used car industry.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Good knowledge of different car brands, models, and specifications.
- Familiarity with UAE RTA regulations and car transfer procedures.
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic or other languages is a plus).
- Proficient in using online sales platforms and Microsoft Office tools.
- Valid UAE driving license.
