We are looking for a professional and experienced Secretary to join our team in Sharjah!
Key Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of secretarial experience in the UAE (mandatory)
- Fluent in English (reading, writing, and speaking)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Experience in HR and administrative support tasks
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Presentable with a professional appearance
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle day-to-day administrative and clerical tasks
- Manage correspondence, emails, and phone calls
- Support the HR department with documentation and coordination
- Maintain organized filing systems and updated records
- Schedule meetings and manage calendars
- Coordinate office operations efficiently
