Job Title: Sales Executive - Wholesale (Fresh)
Job Summary:
As a Sales Executive in the Wholesale department, you will be responsible for driving the growth of our wholesale business by building relationships with key business clients, identifying new sales opportunities, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will play a key role in promoting our products, negotiating contracts, and closing deals with distributors and retailers.
Key Responsibilities:
· Market scouting and identification of potential customers, along with their appointment in targeted areas and segments for expansion.
· Guarantee that newly appointed customers agree to the company's terms during the sign-up process.
· Diligently monitor service delivery to new customers during the first 6 months of activation, aiming to meet or exceed sales revenue targets established by the company.
· Fulfillment of Gross Margin goals.
· Within the initial 6-month period, ensure the collection of dues is in line with the company's prescribed credit guidelines.
· Strict compliance with Credit Management procedures is required.
· Maintain the agreed-upon performance standards for both individual and team efforts.
· Proactively work to ensure customer satisfaction by regularly reaching out to established customers, thereby managing key account retention effectively.
· Identify and re-engage key accounts that have been inactive for prolonged periods by analyzing the reasons for their inactivity and implementing strategies for reactivation.
· Play a pivotal role in significant sales promotion events such as trade shows and exhibitions.
· Ensure strict adherence to the company's established systems and processes.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in wholesale sales or B2B sales, preferably in FMCG
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to identify and pursue new sales opportunities effectively.
- Excellent customer relationship management skills.
- Knowledge of the wholesale market, pricing strategies, and market trends.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and customer-focused mindset.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- 2+ years of experience in wholesale sales or B2B sales, or a similar role.
