Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and approach potential clients in need of printing and design services (e.g., banners, brochures, business cards, signage, packaging, etc.)
- Understand client requirements and propose suitable design and print solutions.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers to encourage repeat business.
- Coordinate with production teams to ensure smooth execution of orders.
- Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and pricing
- Attend networking events, exhibitions, and client meetings as required.
- Create layouts and designs for print materials such as brochures, business cards, banners, posters, and signage.
- Prepare artwork for offset, digital, and large-format printing.
- Revise designs based on feedback from clients or internal teams.
- Ensure accuracy of designs, including correct bleed, resolution, and color settings for print.
Requirements:
- Fresh graduate or diploma holder
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Willingness to learn and grow in a sales career
- Basic computer skills (MS Office, email, WhatsApp communication)
- Positive attitude, confidence, and team player
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.)
- Strong creativity, attention to detail, and understanding of print layout and production
