Job Title: Sales Manager
Mission:
- To develop and implement Sales & Marketing strategy.
- To ensure achievement of sales budget.
- To develop sales with existing and new distributors.
- To report back to GM and COMEX.
Responsibilities:
- Sales team (35+ staff)
- Sales performance (7+ M AED in 2025)
- Asset & merchandising (150+ POS)
- Client relationship (business review, category development planning, etc.)
Skills:
- Experience in sales/account management and retail/MT industry.
- Language: English, Arabic is plus.
- Computer: perfect knowledge windows & MS office + ERP
Profile:
- Age: 30-35 years (approx.)
- Nationality: Open
- Academic: Master's degree in sales and/or marketing
- Experience: 4-5 years in the industry
- Driving License: yes
- Availability: 30 days
Package:
- 15K-20K AED + yearly bonus + fuel + telephone allowance (“as per market”)

Pay: AED15,000.00 - AED20,000.00 per month
