Job Summary:
As the Real Estate Sales Manager at York Towers, you will lead a high-performing team of agents, drive sales growth, and uphold our brand’s reputation for excellence. You will be responsible for recruiting top talent, implementing sales strategies, and ensuring exceptional client experiences.
Key Responsibilities:1. Sales Leadership & Strategy
- Develop and execute sales plans to achieve company revenue targets.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and pricing strategies to identify opportunities.
- Set ambitious yet achievable sales goals for agents and monitor performance.
2. Team Development & Coaching
- Recruit, train, and mentor a team of real estate agents to maximize productivity.
- Conduct regular training sessions on sales techniques, market trends, and company tools.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
3. Client & Transaction Management
- Oversee high-value transactions, ensuring smooth negotiations and closings.
- Assist agents in overcoming challenges and closing complex deals.
- Build and maintain relationships with high-net-worth clients, developers, and investors.
4. Marketing & Business Growth
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling campaigns (digital, print, events).
- Leverage York Towers’ brand to generate leads and expand market share.
- Network with industry professionals to create new business opportunities.
5. Compliance & Operations
- Ensure all transactions adhere to legal and company policies.
- Review contracts, listings, and marketing materials for accuracy and compliance.
- Resolve client or agent disputes professionally and efficiently.
6. Performance Tracking & Reporting
- Monitor KPIs (e.g., sales volume, conversion rates, agent productivity).
- Provide detailed reports to senior management on team performance and market insights.
- Adjust strategies based on data to drive continuous growth.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 5+ years in real estate sales, with 2+ years in leadership (luxury market preferred).
- Ability to work in Abu Dhabi.
- Skills:
- Proven success in meeting/exceeding sales targets.
- Closing skills.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), MLS, and real estate tech tools.
