Your responsibilities and tasks:
Key Responsibilities:

Sales Activity Management:
Support in managing all sales activities within the Middle East & Egypt region, ensuring strong coverage across the territory and achieving regional sales targets. -
Achieve Sales Targets:
Meet and exceed annual sales budget and targets by identifying new business opportunities and closing sales in the farm technology sector. -
Client Relationship Management:
Build, maintain, and grow strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their satisfaction and repeat business. Regularly communicate with clients to understand their evolving needs and provide tailored solutions. -
Product Knowledge & Sales Support:
Develop a deep understanding of the company's products and services, and effectively communicate their value propositions to potential customers. -
Lead Generation & Opportunity Development:
Proactively seek out and qualify new sales leads, and develop a pipeline of prospects. Focus on identifying new opportunities in key markets. -
Sales Presentations & Demonstrations:
Schedule meetings and product presentations with prospective customers, showcasing the company’s offerings through tailored, impactful presentations. Provide product demonstrations when required. -
CRM & Sales Tracking:
Utilize the company’s CRM system to track sales activities, manage accounts, and update lead information. Ensure accurate and timely reporting of sales performance, customer feedback, and market conditions. -
Collaboration Across Teams:
Work closely with internal teams such as marketing, technical support, and logistics to ensure seamless product delivery and customer satisfaction. Collaborate to optimize sales efforts and increase hit rates over opportunities. -
Market Insight & Product Feedback:
Maintain an in-depth knowledge of market trends, customer pain points, and competitor activities. Provide valuable feedback to product development and management teams to refine offerings and improve customer solutions. -
Self-Motivation & Team Leadership:
Be a self-driven and proactive individual who takes initiative in achieving targets. Motivate and guide the team to ensure successful sales operations. -
Customer Follow-up & Satisfaction:
Ensure post-sale follow-ups to check customer satisfaction, troubleshoot issues, and explore potential for future business. -
Traveling:
Willingness to travel extensively within the Middle East to meet with clients, conduct presentations, and represent the company at industry events and trade shows.
Your profile and qualifications:

Experience:
3-5 years of experience in sales within the agriculture ( Preferred Dairy Farm) or related industries, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. -
Industry Knowledge:
Strong understanding of agricultural technologies and the agricultural industry ( Preferred Dairy Farm) in the Middle East region. -
Sales Expertise:
Previous experience working with dealers and managing complex sales cycles. -
Communication Skills:
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to deliver engaging presentations and build lasting relationships. -
Self-Motivated:
Strong problem-solving skills, driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision. -
Travel Flexibility:
Must be willing to travel extensively within the Middle East and Egypt, meeting clients and attending industry events. -
CRM Proficiency:
Experience with CRM software to manage accounts and track sales activities is a must. -
Education:
A degree in Veterinarian, Agriculture Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
