We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Relationship Officer with proven banking experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in banking services, customer relationship management, and sales. They will be responsible for generating new business, maintaining client relationships, and promoting a range of banking products and services to meet customer needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Actively promote and sell banking products and services to existing and potential customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their financial needs.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the banking sector.
- Ensure compliance with bank policies, procedures, and regulations.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience ( 6 months +) in sales or customer service in a banking environment.
- Strong understanding of banking products and services (loans, savings, investments, etc.).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proven ability to meet sales targets and work independently.
- Strong customer service orientation and the ability to build lasting relationships.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- ASIAN Nationalist preferred
