The Banking Officer will be responsible for promoting and selling credit card products to eligible customers. This role involves field and in-store sales activities, lead generation, and closing sales, with a focus on achieving monthly targets while ensuring compliance with bank policies and product guidelines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Actively promote and sell Deem credit cards to individuals through direct sales.
- Approach potential customers in malls, offices, residential areas, and other approved locations.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable credit card products.
- Meet or exceed assigned monthly sales targets.
- Collect and verify customer documents as per bank requirements (KYC).
- Maintain good relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Submit applications on time and follow up until card issuance.
- Stay updated with AJMAN Bank’s product policies, compliance, and regulatory guidelines.

Key Skills & Competencies:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented.
- Good knowledge of credit card features and benefits.
- Basic understanding of banking procedures and compliance.
- Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in credit card or financial product sales (preferably in the UAE).

Working Hours:
- 6 days a week (Sunday off)
- 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM (may vary based on location or team)
- UAE experience in Deem credit card sales is an advantage.
- Must have a professional attitude and be presentable.
