About the Role:
We are looking for passionate and self-driven Sales Executives to join our team and promote Shariah-compliant credit card products for one of the leading Islamic banks in the UAE. This role is ideal for someone with a persuasive personality, strong communication skills, and a hunger for achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell Islamic credit card products to prospective customers across the UAE
- Conduct field visits, corporate calls, and participate in sales campaigns and roadshows
- Ensure compliance with Islamic banking principles and guidelines
- Explain product benefits clearly and address customer queries professionally
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs
- Gather and submit required documentation and application forms accurately
Requirements:
- Prior experience in credit card or banking product sales is highly preferred
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Understanding of Islamic banking principles is an advantage
- Ability to work under pressure and handle rejection positively
- UAE experience is a plus; freshers with a sales mindset are welcome to apply
- Must be based in the UAE and available for immediate joining
