Job Description:
Overview: The Key Account Manager will be responsible for developing and
maintaining strong relationships with major organized electronics retailers in the UAE.
This role requires a strategic thinker with deep industry knowledge, exceptional
communication skills, and a proven ability to drive sales and market share within the
organized retail channel.
Responsibilities:
* Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for key retail
accounts such as Lulu, Sharaf DG, Jumbo, and Emax.
* Sales and Develop Business and implement sales strategies to achieve targets,
secure shelf space, and launch new products within organized retail stores.
* Market Analysis: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and consumer
preferences in the smartphone industry to identify opportunities and challenges.
* Account Planning: Create and manage detailed account plans, including sales
forecasts, promotional calendars, and marketing activities.
* Team Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and logistics teams to ensure
smooth product launch, promotional executions, and inventory management.
* Store-Level Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with store-level
teams to ensure product visibility, merchandising compliance, and sales staff training.
* Reporting: Provide regular reports on sales performance, market insights, and
account status for senior management.
Requirements:
* Minimum of 3 years of experience in key account management within the organized
electronics retail segment of the UAE.
* Clear understanding of the smartphone industry in the UAE and a strong network
within major electronics retailers.
* Existing relationships with store teams at retailers like Lulu, Sharaf DG, Jumbo, and
Emax.
* Valid UAE driving license and a personal car are mandatory.
* Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
* Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
