Job Description:
As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating new leads, managing customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. You will play a key role in growing our brand presence across assigned territories and ensuring excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- · Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in the local market.
- · Visit potential customers, such as offices, supermarkets, retail stores, and residential clients.
- · Promote and sell Mai - Madina bottled water products and services.
- · Build strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
- · Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs set by the company.
- · Prepare and submit daily/weekly sales reports.
- · Coordinate with the delivery and customer service teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
- · Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally.
- · Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends and competitor activity.
Requirements:
- · High school diploma or equivalent; a diploma/degree in sales, marketing, or business is an advantage.
- · 1–3 years of sales experience, preferably in FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods), bottled water, or beverage industries.
- · Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- · Energetic, self-motivated, and goal-oriented.
- · Ability to work independently and under pressure.
- · Familiarity with the local market is a plus.
- · Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM systems).
- · Proficiency in English and Hindi (both spoken and written) is required.
