Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Salesman to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with clients. You will be responsible for driving revenue growth, identifying new business opportunities, and maintaining strong customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through, networking, and lead generation.
- Present and promote products/services to prospective clients.
- Understand customer needs and tailor solutions to meet those needs.
- Prepare and deliver sales proposals and presentations.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales in CRM systems.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to ensure a cohesive strategy.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a sales role, preferably in building material.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not required).
