Required Skills and Qualifications
- Experience Level: Minimum of 3 years of experience in B2B sales, proven track record of meeting sales targets, experience in consultative selling, and familiarity with sales methodologies.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills, strong negotiation abilities, problem-solving aptitude, adaptability to changing market dynamics, leadership qualities, and a customer-centric approach.
- Industry Knowledge: Understanding of B2B sales processes, knowledge of market trends, competitor analysis, and familiarity with industry regulations and compliance standards.
- DRIVING LICENCE : Must have valid UAE driving licence.
