About Us
Al Zayed Shades & Tents Industry is a leading provider of tensile shade structures, car parking shades, awnings, and tents in the UAE. We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Sales Support Executive to join our team and assist in managing client inquiries, quotations, and overall sales coordination.
Job Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls, WhatsApp, and email inquiries from customers.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and pricing sheets in coordination with the sales team.
- Assist in tender documentation and submissions.
- Coordinate with operations and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and installation.
- Maintain and update client databases, inquiry logs, and CRM systems.
- Follow up with clients on quotations, pending approvals, and payments.
- Support sales executives with administrative tasks such as trade license, VAT, POs, and contracts.
- Generate weekly/monthly sales reports for management review.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through effective after-sales support.
Requirements
- Female candidates under 30 years old.
- Fresher can apply
- Excellent communication skills in English and Urdu/Hindi (Arabic is an advantage).
- Previous experience in sales support, customer service, or telesales preferred.
- Strong knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be based in Dubai and able to work from our Dubai Silicon Oasis office.
