1. Must have a full-time Master's degree in Economics or Business.
2. Have at least 2 years of teaching experience at the Secondary level.
3. Should be enthusiastic and passionate to develop learning skills for students at all levels.
4. Should have good communication skills with a positive approach to work.
5. Should be innovative in imparting teaching and learning skills.
6. Have leadership qualities with an ambition to grow and become excellent in the field of academics.
