A cum Admin Assistant – Job Responsibilities
- Personal Assistance to Chairman & Managing Director
- Coordinate and manage travel arrangements including flight bookings, hotel reservations, and transport.
- Assist in the preparation and submission of visa applications (e.g., Schengen, US, UK, etc.).
- Maintain and update the executive calendar; schedule meetings and appointments.
- Handle confidential documents and correspondence with discretion.
- Administrative Support
- Provide general administrative support such as drafting emails, filing, and documentation.
- Manage office supplies, courier services, and coordination with service providers.
- Organize and maintain digital and physical records.
- Creative and Marketing Support
- Design brochures, flyers, invitations, and other marketing or event materials.
- Support in presentation preparation and formatting as required by management.
- Assist in managing social media or digital content (if applicable).
- Event Planning and Coordination
- Plan, coordinate, and execute internal and external events, meetings, and functions.
- Handle logistics such as venue booking, guest coordination, catering, and event materials.
- Communication and Liaison
- Act as a point of contact between the Chairman/MD and internal/external stakeholders.
- Screen and direct phone calls, emails, and visitors appropriately.
- Other Duties
- Handle ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the Chairman and MD.
- Ensure timely follow-up and completion of tasks and responsibilities.

Pay: From AED4,000.00 per month
