Job Title: Secretary to Company Owner (Work from Home – Dubai)
Location:Dubai, UAE (Primarily Work from Home with occasional site visits)
Salary Range: AED 2,500 – AED 3,500 per month
Job Overview:
We are seeking a reliable, organized, and proactive Secretary to assist the Owner of a well-established business in Dubai. This is a work-from-home position, with flexibility to visit residential or project sites within Dubai when required. The role involves handling property-related administrative tasks, managing personal and professional schedules, and assisting with everyday coordination such as restaurant and salon bookings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct administrative support to the owner
- Coordinate and manage daily schedules, appointments, and reminders
- Handle property-related documentation and follow-ups
- Liaise with vendors, contractors, and service providers
- Make restaurant, salon, and other lifestyle-related bookings as needed
- Occasionally visit the owner’s residence or project sites to manage tasks
- Maintain confidentiality and ensure smooth communication across tasks
- Track tasks and ensure timely completion of all assignments
Requirements:
- Based in Dubai with valid residence visa
- Prior experience as a secretary, personal assistant, or admin coordinator preferred
- Excellent communication skills (spoken and written English)
- Strong organizational and multitasking ability
- Comfortable with WhatsApp, Google Calendar, and basic office tools (email, Word, Excel)
- Trustworthy, professional, and highly dependable
- Able to work flexible hours if required occasionally
- Driver’s license is a plus but not mandatory

Flexible work-from-home hours (as per requirement and owner’s schedule)
